good evening, I purchased the Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed and it worked perfectly on Bluetooth until this evening

I wanted to use the keyboard in bluetooth mode on position 2 by pressing fn+alt+2

after doing this all the lights in bluetooth mode are off on the keyboard

via cable or 2.4 GHz it works regularly

I updated the firmware to the latest version, I did the reset with "esc" + "space" + caplock"

can you help me?

Hi, I managed to solve it, now I'll show you the solution, maybe it can be useful to others

the USB cable must be unplugged

press ''caps lock'' and ''space bar'' 

while you have pressed these buttons you need to move the switch from bluetooth to off

many times and after a while the bluetooth starts working again

Now I have another problem. I can't recognize the keyboard through windows

Let me explain better 

once paired via Bluetooth, if you turn off the PC or simply the keyboard, the Bluetooth connection cannot reconnect to the PC 

this problem is also present on mobile
