My razer keyboard wont light up, the light on the side next to the switch for Bluetooth works but not the RGB's even when i use caps the dot that usually lights up wont now. the keyboard otherwise works as i can type. i updated the keyboard by downloading firewire update, closed and opened razer synphase and that didn't work, the only thing that make me thing could be reason for this is when I cleaned the edges of the keyboard with a damp towel but i don't think that was enough water to kill the RGB's. does anybody know how to fix it or if it is possible to fix?

Let me check on your keyboard. Can you confirm that the issue continues when you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the lighting issue you're currently experiencing.
