Hi, I recently found a lacie thunderbolt external storage and try to connect it with my razer blade.However, the computer cant detect the external hard drive and the led indicator on the storage is off. I think there's no power going through from the laptop to the storage itself. Is this normal? Has anybody try to open, read/write external storage through the thunderbolt 3 port? Please help!! I’m using SanDisk extreme pro, not TB3 speed but sata though. Is it lacie TB3 portable storage with reset button? Try resetting it like 5 seconds holding the power.
