Also having the same issues after a windows update I did. Back logo is not lighting anymore and it came on one time temporarily on its own. But it stopped same day, we need help with this.

me too have the same issue , always reboot on razer blade 18 the logo light always off automatically, need to open synapse to choose logo light off and on to re-active….

At least you can reactivate😅, I can’t , I don’t know if it’s hardware or software anymore

I have the exact same behaviour with my Razer Blade 15 2023 using Synapse 4.  The logo light is off during boot up.   The logo light will come on once I launch Synapse 4 given my default profile has the logo light set to ‘on’.

Should the logo not come on, I go into Synapse 4, choose lighting tab and click the Logo dropdown menu and then must click on the Static and/or Breathing option in the dropdown.  Using the dropdown menu results in Synapse refreshing the command to light up the logo to the laptop.
Another issue is that if I sleep the laptop, the Razer logo light will turn off then not come back on when I wake the laptop.  I’ve created a work-around by creating two additional Synapse profiles for my Blade, one with the Razer Logo breathing, the other with the Logo static.  Switching between the profiles kicks the logo back into life.
To make it easy to switch between the profiles, I created a Synapse Razer Huntsman Mini inter-device macro to cycle between Razer profiles when I press Hypershift+F.
So, when my laptop comes out of sleep, I can easily bring the logo light back to life by pressing Hypershift+F a few times as switching between profiles causes Synapse to refresh the logo lighting setting to the laptop.

Note:  I devised this work-around using my friend’s Razer Blade 15 2023 lent to me.  My laptop which is the exact same model is going through Razer RMA because the logo light refuses to turn on regardless of what I do.  Once I get my own laptop back from Razer I will test it to see if it exhibits the same behaviour.

Actually, I’ve gone one better.  To get around the logo not lighting up after sleep problem, I only need to create a single additional profile for the Razer Blade beyond the default profile.  The default profile I have set with the logo static with the additional profile called ‘FPS Gaming’ set to logo breathing.   So to bring the logo light back online I need only flip between the two profiles.
Note:The ‘FPS Gaming’ profile has additional Performance tweaks for when I’m gaming that can cause the laptop to run warmer.  The logo breathing reminds me that the laptop is configured to run warm and needs extra cooling.

I think this logo issue has come about because Razer Laptops traditionally have the logo turned on within the BIOS by default.  In the older Razer laptops, you could change the default setting by booting into the BIOS but the option is not available with my Blade 15 2023.  Now that the logo is off by default, we are dependent upon running Synapse to turn it on and at the mercy of Synapse to manage the logo lighting after the laptop comes out of sleep.
I imagine the default lighting behaviour was changed because of the number of Razer owners who wanted the light off by default to reduce battery drain.  I think Razer decided to turn off the logo by default rather than opening up the option in the BIOS again because they don’t want to encourage users booting into the BIOS.  I really wish Razer didn’t lock down the BIOS so much. 

For my laptop sent back to Razer for warranty diagnosis/repair, I suspect my laptop’s stiff hinge when opening and closing the laptop slightly flexed the display assembly component leading to the logo lighting going out.  My friend’s Razer laptop opens and closes much more smoothly than mine.  I think that with a enough opening and closing of the laptop lid over the course of months/years, given the hinges are slightly too tight, can result in the logo light eventually breaking/disconnecting.  Note:  I’m careful to open my laptop using the central upper lip to evenly distribute the pressure on the hinges.

Things to test:

• Do you have an option in the BIOS to turn on/off the razer logo lighting?
• Does the lighting equally not work whether you use Synapse 3 or Synapse 4?  Do you go into lighting settings and use the drop-down menu to toggle between ‘static’ or ‘breathing’ as a test?  You must re-select an option for Synapse to talk to the logo light.
• And, does the logo light not work after restoring the Razer Factory Supplied Recovery Image?  Assuming the logo lighting worked when you first purchased the laptop, the light not working after a Razer Image Recovery points the finger at hardware.  In my case, I think the repeated opening/closing of a stiff laptop lid over the course of a year.  It’s the only explanation I can think of other than a BIOS update going wrong resulting in the Synapse driver not being able to send logo light commands to the laptop.

Try these steps:

1. Reinstall Razer Synapse: Uninstall and reinstall to fix any potential software issues.
2. Check BIOS: Look for any RGB settings in BIOS/UEFI and ensure logo lighting is enabled.
3. Run Windows Update: Make sure all updates are installed after the reinstall.
4. Check Device Manager: Ensure there are no errors related to Razer devices.
5. Reset Lighting Profiles: In Synapse, reset or create a new lighting profile.

I’m fairly sure that the root cause for my Razer Blade 15  2023 logo light ceasing to function is the MCU (Micro Controller Unit) firmware version 1.03 update for my laptop.  The MCU is the motherboard chip where the Razer virtual BIOS is located along with fan, keyboard, trackpad, and chroma management.  This includes the Razer logo light.  I do not know if Razer Blade 13 Stealths that date back to 2020 makes use of a MCU.  There are no MCU firmware updates listed on the support website for the Stealth models.

Anyway, I thought this thread might find my logo light situation interesting as it may shed light into yours.

I sent my laptop in to support to fix the logo light where they swapped in a MCU from a 2022 Razer Blade 15 Advanced - which to me confirms the MCU’s role in controlling the logo light. 
Unfortunately, I’ve had to send my laptop back to them because Razer Warranty Support forgot to program the correct PID (Product Identifier) into the replaced MCU; thus, when I received my laptop back, my laptop was suffering from an identity crisis.  My laptop thought it was a Razer Blade 2022 Advanced model in a 2023 body.  Think ‘Freaky Friday’. 
Unfortunately, the MCU misidentifying my laptop as a 2022 model results in my not being able to apply MCU firmware updates via standard Razer supported processes.  The reported 2022 MCU PID does not match what the firmware installer expects to find on a Razer Blade 15” 2023. 
I do not accept the risk of stepping outside of Razer support processes whilst my laptop is still under warranty, so I’ve sent the laptop back for Warranty Support to finish the work by programming the correct PID and/or replacing the MCU with a version that matches my laptop.
All of this has come about because I suspect that when I applied the MCU firmware update 1.03, it  broke the MCU’s ability to manage the Razer logo light.  I find it far more likely a firmware bug has caused the logo light to malfunction than the MCU chip physically failing within one-year of warranty.
I think In-Warranty Repair’s standard process is to confirm the fault then swap parts involved in the malfunction until it works.  They got the logo light working, but I suspect forgot to update the MCU’s PID to match my year of laptop.  An understandable mistake if they are not accustomed to flashing firmware and do not appreciate the role that the PID has to do with Synapse functionality and firmware updates.
I assume the MCU chip and firmware of the 2022 and 2023 Blade 15s are the same - if not very similar - because they share the same firmware version.  I assume little, if anything, changed between the 2022 and the 2023 blade models except for the processor, motherboard ports, and GPU specs which are not managed by the MCU.
My hope is that Warranty Support simply programming the replaced MCU with the correct PID for a 2023 Blade model, and then confirming that firmware 1.03 doesn’t break the logo light will be enough to rectify the situation.
If firmware 1.03 does break the logo light, keep the MCU at version 1.02 and then instruct me to wait for firmware version 1.04 to be released.

have you checked the bios lighting or may be some firmware update needed????

Good idea Richard.  Unfortunately, unlike my previous Razer Blade 15 2020 Advanced, the ability to turn on and off the Razer Logo Light from the BIOS has been removed from the 2023 model.  There is no option within the BIOS.  With the 2023 Razer Blade 15 you can only control light from within Synapse.  I assume it is the same for the 2022 model.
In regards to firmware updates, the logo light control worked with MCU firmware version 1.02 - the firmware that came with my Blade 15” 2023 when I purchased it, however I updated to version 1.03 when it was released.  (I like to be up-to-date with firmware.)
My theory is that MCU firmware version 1.03, released after I purchased my laptop, broke my ability to control the Razer Logo Light from Synapse.  My friend bought the exact same model and year of laptop as me, did not update his MCU firmware from 1.02 to 1.03 as I did, and his logo light still works.
Additionally, when Razer returned my laptop to me with the logo light working again, the MCU firmware version was back to version 1.02.  For this reason, I suspect that the 1.03 firmware update may be at fault.  To me, it is much more likely that a bad firmware update has caused the problem than a chip on the motherboard physically failing within one year of purchase.
If others in the community with either the 2022 or 2023 Razer Blade 15 model report the same issue with MCU firmware version 1.03, it would confirm my suspicion and put the onus on Razer to provide a fixed version 1.04.
It would certainly be better providing fixed firmware than people sending in their laptops to have chips swapped out to fix the logo light.
I did not notice the logo light problem right away because I had left the light off for months.  By time I noticed, I did not know what had changed.  Only through research and that Razer replaced the MCU has led me to the conclude that it most likely the MCU 1.03 firmware update at fault.  However, I need others to confirm.  My friend does not fancy being my guinea pig.  He’s happy staying at firmware version 1.02.

(Note, for the 2023 model at least, the 1.03 firmware was released twice by Razer.  Prior to January 2025, you could run the installer package if you disabled Driver Signature Verification in Windows 11.  From January 2025 onward, Razer released an updated version of the installer package that did not require Driver Signature Verification to be disabled.  I installed firmware 1.03 last year when disabling driver signature verification was still required.  In either case, the firmware image itself should be the same between the two releases.  If not, the MCU firmware version number should have been changed to 1.04 in January.)
