Hi Razer Support team,
My mouse is connecting to a Razer Mouse Pro Dock in Hyperpolling. It keep stuttering and freezing 1 or 2 seconds. I find out a temporary fix which remove the dock and connect to the USB dongle (issue still exists) after that remove the USB dongle and connec to the Mouse Pro Dock again. I have to do it everytime I boot up my PC. A few day ago, even if I done those steps above, after a certain time, the Mouse is being freezed and nothing can do with it.
The RGB light on the dock is also delayed.
My mouse S/N is PM2325H27400922. My PC is running windows OS,
Note that the mouse works perfectly with cable. It also works fine on other my PC/laptop with either Pro Dock or USB dongle.
I suppose the problem could be from my Windows OS but tried to reinstall Synapse, removing drivers,… everything I could but cannot be fixed.
Please help to resolve this.
