Razer deathadder v3 connect issue

My razer deathadder v3 recently always not connected when turn on PC. Keyboard and headphone still work fine. Mouse icon doesnt show up and I have to plug and unplug 3, 4 times before it connect and mouse icon appears, restart pc doesnt fix. I have tried on all usb port, the led light of dpi on the mouse is on. Is this window 11 problem or my hardware falling ? My mouse is 1 year old

I understand that you're having a connection issues with your Razer Deathadder V3. Please try these troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:

  • Verify Windows is up to date.

  • Connect your mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  • Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

    Razer Synapse on the system tray

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
