I’ve had my deathadder v3 pro for about a year and randomly today the scroll wheel click stopped working. The scroll wheel up and down still works fine.
I have tried resetting the profile in Razer Synapse and installing the latest firmware and still no good.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also try to clean it by using a can of compressed air and just spray in between the gaps. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
