What’s the deal I contacted support put in the order number and after 20 mins of no response the guy just d/c I paid for rush ship to get my razer edge by the first now I get an email that it won’t even ship till the eighth. I preordered with the 5$ thing and placed my order mins after getting my email that I could order the day before orders were suppposed to go live I entered the code that showed I preordered. I got a email the day after saying it was my last chance ti claim my preorder by there was no way to claim it just put in the coupon code why am I getting this delay after you collected my $431

      Do you have Verizon there? If so I would go that route cause I didn’t notice till after I ordered that they had it for less with a new line deal it’s on sale now as of the 26th just try and buy it on the us site. The only type of device I ever ran into that had to be Guaranteed not to be taken to Canada was a satellite dish but this was in the infancy of broadband internet

      Rushof90, the exact same thing happened to me, I reserved mine on January 5 and ordered it on January 25 and my experience with razers pre-order was a f n ripoff. I should of spent another on 300 on a steam deck and got what I paid for how I paid for it when I paid for it. I just want my 440$ back, I could still order a steam deck or onexplayer and it be here before my reserved razer edge even ships from razer. I also paid for express shipping for the razer edge. What a rip off.

      Razer comes in with I got 20$ bro much love. I hope you can deal with wasting 440$ on a preorder made almost a full month in advance. My razer edge will be over 3 weeks late. Wtf.

      They sent me another message that the express ship is after it ships but I only paid for the express ship to get it by the first now it won’t even ship till the 8th and then another 3 to 5 business days to get it and guess what the 8th is a wed so the earliest I can expect it is the 14th to the 16 th half a month later then expected meanwhile razer is enjoying all my money in thier pocket

        They apologized to me with a 20$ gift card. Talk about a slap in the face. 20$ won't get anything on the razor store worth buying at all. Like what a insult. I just want my edge ordered a month ago.

        That 20$ gift card is truly a slap in the face I’m a loyal razer player I have bought 3 razer blades in a row I have the 6 th gen ryzen 9 with the 3080 blade 14 now I have countless mice, headsets, keyboards the Goliath rgb desk mat I even have the anzu Bluetooth glasses and the old failed hybrid smart watch that looks like a gshock not the cheap band one. With all that being said I don’t order from razer unless I have to the 20$ gift card still won’t bring them in line with amazons prices for their products. I guess it might be time to switch up companies. Like for real here’s $20 you will have to spend 100$ + to get any use out of it but hey we got your cash so we don’t care they still won’t tell me why or what happened

          I completely agree, I used to be a die hard razor fan prior to 2012. This is just the same crap experience I had back then, like I don't even care about receiving the edge at this point. I just want my money back so I can get a steam deck here in 3-5days LIKE I PAY FOR!

          Oh and now the after you paid whoops we only put 6gb of ram in the Wi-Fi version the 5g version does have the 8gb sorry for the error lol that should drop the price you can actually get the 5 g version cheaper then the Wi-Fi version right now too
