I went in store and brought a Razer gold gift card for $200.00. I sent to my grand children. When they tried to redeem it, it was rejected. For 48 hours I have been trying to get it redeemed. Now they are saying they need another 72 hours. I just want to redeem card or money back. I paid for the card. I am getting no reply.

    I just bought a razor gold card today at Lowe's hardware store in Bellingham Washington I have the receipt that shows I paid $200 on that card and now it's telling me I have a balance of zero dollars I haven't used it yet never got a chance to why is my money not on my card that's my inquiry
