I am using the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition and I've been having this issue as of end of 2024, no idea what is going on but I need to have all of my sounds under like 70% and 60% at a push, cause if any of my applications make a really high pitched noise my headphones shut off and turn back on after like a second or less.
Even just talking to people on discord or anything does it if a high pitched noise is made. Hope someone can help with this annoying issue.

Have you tried plugging the headset to the other USB ports on your computer and check if the issue continues? If it does, can you test it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way. Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
