Razer huntsman mini doesn’t response 50% of the time

My new razer huntsman mini is suddenly starting to not react to certain key presses. 50% of the time when I press U, I and space, it doesn’t react. What to do? I have reinstalled synapse, hard reset (esc, caps and space, unplug).

    how long do you have the keyboard? you can always try razer support idk if it will work tho
