Razer insider and Synapse 2, 3

So i've recently gotten a razer kraken tournament edition and a blackwidow chroma v2, the keyboard works fine but the headset barely picks up my voice, i've seen people say that razer synapse can help fix this problem but i have tried synapse 2 and synapse 3 and whenever i try to log in i just get the same error which is "Oh snap something went wrong just now please try again" i've contacted support but they take forever to get back to me and the the "fixes" they told me to try dont work, does anyone know a way to fix this log in situation? I've had to post on reddit because whenever i go onto the razer insider it just redirects me to a page that says "error"

I do not know a way but i was wondering if Razer plans on making Synapse work with logitech products and rgb lighting

Krakens TE are compatible with Synapse 3 software.
Be sure, that AV software or firewall doesn't block your Internet connection (especially Synapse App).

I don't think so, but there's Project Aurora: https://www.project-aurora.com/ - so you can sync Chroma with Logitech RGB.
