razer is a scummy scamming buisness and im done!!!!

bought the razer blackwidow v4 pro cuz it looks sick and ive used razer my whole life no problems before, and now that i have a problem with all 3 keyboards i got since i got 2 replacements and now im trying to get a refund since this has been a huge waste off time and when i read about others who have gotten the same keyboard its all the same issue keys double click and dont register. well now they pull out a bullshit 14 day refund time from original purchase that is not stated anywhere wich u can easily find and they can not change my replacement to another line that might work "but hey we can give u another faulty keyboard and waste ure time and empty our warehouse" im so done i tought this was a serious company that cared about customers and made good products, how wrong and naive ive been just cuz some off my shit worked in the past u scammers
