My Naga Hyperspeed V2 doesn't come with any sort of cable. The Razer (probably AI) representative is asking me to cut the cable although I've linked multiple unboxing videos and pictures of their own product BOX and MANUAL specifying there is no cable inside, yet they keep asking me to cut it.
My warranty is wearing off in May and I suspect they're trying to waste its time (or are just very dumb which is also possible)
Anyone ran into similar issues?
