Hello!

I recently bought a Kaira Pro X in February. I am impressed with the quality of the headset but I'm encountering issues basically every time I go on my xbox

It keeps disconnecting intermittently and will take forever to reconnect, it's only ever been paired to my xbox and my xbox was bought a week before I bought the kaira.

I only play an hour or two on week days and maybe 3 or 4 on weekends intermittently so it's on charge alot, I have tried to reach out to razer but can not, anyone got any ideas?

Also I have no items on bluetooth around it
