Razer Kishi Left Side is not Working

After 1 year of use, the left side of the controller stopped working.
I solved it by changing the sides of the ribbon, and that worked for a while.
Now the left side stopped working again, with no possible solution. I don't know what to do because the right side of the controller works with both sides of the ribbon, but the left side does not.

It is incredible how such an expensive controller has so little support or upgrades to adapt to the games and not the other way around.

Oh no, that's one of the most terrible case happened. I think Razer Support team can help you. Or you might send it to Razer for repair it. Below link will help you.

You're right, @grabiel.montero. I'm sorry but I didn't realize your warranty was out of date.
I have a question for give you some suggestions. What platform are you using Razer Kishi?

It might worth to buy a new one. Razer Kishi for android is on sale by almost half. Same sales on Razer Kishi for android(Xbox). Check this out.

Thanks, but seeing the price reduction, and the main problem with the controller, it gives a lot to think about.
Especially being aware that the Razer team has shown no interest in extending the life of the Kishi or improving the gaming experience.

I'd better get a Bluetooth controller.

Hola mis 2 razer kishi que les compre a mis hijos no les funciona el lado izquierdo al comienzo todo bien y ahora no creo que sea coincidencia que se dañan al mismo tiempo.....

Lo resolví cambiando los lados de la cinta, y aparecieron por un tiempo.
Ahora el lado izquierdo volvió a dejar de funcionar, sin solución posible. No sé qué hacer porque el lado derecho del controlador funciona con ambos lados de la cinta, pero el lado izquierdo no.

Es increíble como un mando tan caro tiene tan poco soporte o actualizaciones para adaptarse a los juegos y no al revés.
