Razer Kiyo autofocus is not working please help

I just bought a Kiyo this afternoon and I was going to use it for streaming purpose, but somehow the focus is not working at all, I have tried to fix it on OBS, but nothing change (camera, sound is working but not the focus). Does anyone have this problem before and how can I fix it? Appreciate!
