Razer Kiyo Pro not focusing, even after uninstalling the device in device manager and updating the firmware to 1.5.0.1 . Wont focus on either auto or manual.

Hi there,
Have you tried to adjust it manually via the Razer Synapse? Let me know via PM along with your Kiyo’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt. Looking forward to your response!
