Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma V2 Problem with wire

so basically i've been having this problem for a while now and i cant seem to fix it. with my Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma V2s, everytime like the wire moves or i do a fast movement thy disconnect. and they reconnect on their on but the the mic doesnt work so i have to unplug and replug them. this is really annoying in the middle of gaming, recording and streaming. i was wondering if there is anyway of fixing this? this happens on my laptop and my ps4. thank you.

What i recomend you doing is if it has guarantee use , if dont just change the cable , it's simple and has a ton of tutorials on youtube and if suddently after it appears as Conexant Usb email-me for firmware update that solves the problem, i had the same issue as you years ago and just now i could get it to work so i'm sharing knowledge.
