I updated my laptop, and my Kraken Kitty headset suddenly stopped showing up in Synapse 3. They work with my computer—I can use them and everything—but they will not work on Synapse. I even tried installing the new Razer Synapse, and they do show up there, but I cannot get sidetone to work. I can turn it on, but it doesn't work. Every time I go to a different page on the app, it sets my sidetone back to 0. It will not increase and stay there. Does anyone know what's going on?

Hello there,
Try using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. You can also repair your Synapse software. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
