Razer Kraken V3 Pro or Hypersense Haptic Issue on Mono

Hello. i get update Sync 3 today and have not use Kraken v3 pro over year ago. now something is off. i remember back there when i play on Call of duty MW2 ingame, i can feel headset on right haptic when someone shot from right side of me, just like 360 spatial haptic from left or right. was used to all the time.. because i am hard of hearing, my right hear dead. but haptic help me lot! until NOW! all the sound turn Mono Haptic or more like Subwoofer only. in game MW2 or 3 when someone shot from right, i got both haptic for out of blue. i am pretty upstate.
