After Reading past forums i see that this this a common issue. i want to be able to use the software and turning it off simply will not do for me. has anyone found a solid solution?

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Also, were you able to update its firmware? Let me know via PM along with your Kraken V4’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
