Razer Kraken V4 Pro No Sound on Windows 10

Just setup my Kraken V4 Pro, the headset is connected to the control module but I’m not getting any sound through HyperSpeed Wireless or anything. I’ve ran troubleshooters, made it the default device etc.

Also when pairing through bluetooth it shows in the devices as Paired but as soon as I hit Connect it says it didn’t work and that I should ensure the device is discoverable - it is.

Bit frustrating as it’s a lot of money for a headset that doesn’t work on any mode no matter what.

Hello, i got the same problem but backwards.

On synapse, if i am running Hyperspeed Wireless, it connects. If i run Bluetooth, suddenly it says it’s “off” and only gives me default stereo.

Did you get a fix yet?

Hallo,

ich habe das Kraken V4. Ich nutze Win 10, akteuller Stand. Synapse aktuell. Der Ton wird auf den Kopfhörern nicht wiedergegeben. Das Micro klappt. (Ausschlag in der  Systemsteuerung)

Woran liegt es?
Mivro und Kopfhörer sind als Standart hinterlegt

It sounds like you're dealing with connection issues across multiple modes. First, try restarting both the headset and the control module to reset the connection. For the wireless connection, make sure the USB dongle is securely plugged in and that it’s not interfering with other devices. For Bluetooth, ensure the headset is in pairing mode when trying to connect, and try removing and re-pairing it from the device list. If none of that works, you may want to check for any firmware updates for both the headset and control module or reach out to the manufacturer for further troubleshooting.
