Razer Kraken V4 PRO questions

I just bought the Kraken V4 PRO and I honestly like the headset I think it sounds good, definitely a step up from my last headset. But this thing has been giving me headache and hoping someone on forums could answer few questions I have about it. First question, is there a dongle I could buy for this headset? I thought this headset would connect wirelessly through the olde control hub, but that doesn’t seem be the case. If it does can someone please tell/show me how that’s done. Right now I have connected to my PC through Bluetooth, but if the headset isn’t in a specific mode Synapse won’t pick up the headset. As right now Synapse is yelling at me to switch default device to “Game” when I switch the “game” preset I lose all sound on my pc… even if make it the default device. Also the headset volume isn’t working with my PC system, if turn my headset down via wheel on the headset system volume stays full blast. My final quest is about the olde control hub… I can’t for the life of me get the volume knob on the olde hub to work with the headset or the PC… When I turn the knob sometimes I see the volume go down, but I'll still hear everything. Other times I’ll turn the knob and I won’t see anything get turned down and I still here everything. Anyone know how get this olde control hub to work?
