Razer kraken x 7.1 surround sound activation code problem

Hi I bought a new headset the kraken x and i tried to activate the code but accidentally erased some characters and I can't activate it now i will link photo evidence aswell what can i do, I can upload a bigger photo but it won't allow me to because file too big

    Try contacting a Razer support personnel https://support.razer.com/ Otherwise you can consider THX Spatial audio, which does not require an activation code and which is better than 7.1 https://www2.razer.com/eu-en/thx-spatial-audio
