I bought the Kraken X Lite headphones because it says on the box 7.1 surround sound.
On trying to register it says. “Your product does not support 7.1 surround sound”
My question is where do I get a refund for the blatant false advertising ?
Surely, if it is stated on the box then it should be supported.
