RAZER KRAKEN X MICROPHONE NOT WORKING

Hi Guys, need your help again please. Im using the headset on multiple devices. And I also use this to attend meetings. But it looks like my microphone is not working. Will the mic not work if I only use the 3.5mm jack or should I use the split cord? Or is there a setting I need to tweak for the mic to work? Please advise. and thank you!

If you are plugging the headset into a desktop PC with separate audio and mic ports, then use an audio/mic splitter extension cable. On the other hand, a device with audio/mic combo ports such as a laptop and any mobile device, connect the headset without the splitter.
