Razer Laptop Cooling Pad - not showing up in Synapse

Hey all, just plugged in the cooling pad and sadly, not showing up in Synapse.

Anything needed to make this happen? Can’t seem to find much on it yet being that it’s so new.

i was told you have to be on Synapse 4 for it to work. 

i am running 3.  going to test now!  good luck

I had a feeling it would require Synapse 4,but I stay on 3 for Hue. Ugh.
