so suddenly i left my pc on overnight and my solar power ran out. and when i woke up and switch to the main power pc won’t just recognize or detect the speaker. im not panicking or whatso i know its still working since it worked when i tried bluetooth but yeah i appreciate any kind of workarounds for this or is this a really known issue and i’ll just need to live with it?

It sounds like the power loss may have caused Windows to lose or reset the audio device/driver state. Since the speaker still works over Bluetooth, the speaker itself is probably fine.

I’d try a full shutdown first, disconnect the speaker and its power/USB/audio cable for a minute, then reconnect everything after booting back up. Also check Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers and Settings → System → Sound to see whether the speaker is detected but simply not selected as the output device.
