I'm having a problem with my Razer Naga Pro v1. It just randomly died on me, and now it's not showing any signs of life. No lights, nothing. I've tried plugging it into my computer, but it doesn't get picked up at all.
I've seen other posts like this and I've tried updating the firmware, but since the computer isn't recognizing the mouse when I plug it in, I can't even start the update process. Has anyone else dealt with this issue before? Any tips or fixes would be greatly appreciated!
