I keep having a recurring issue with my Naga v2 Pro where, regardless of it's wired, using the dongle, or using bluetooth, it will start flashing purple and the buttons on the side will just stop responding--or at least, most of them will. I noticed too that it seems like the white light on the bottom under Profile will flash as well. The only thing that fixes it is if I unplug the mouse and plug it back in. Anyone else experience this issue or have any ideas on how to fix it?

Hello there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
