Hey, Currently having issues with the 12 key side panel where the 2 key registers 10% of the time. I’ve cleaned the pogo keys and contacts as per the support article but no luck. The number 2 key works perfectly for the 6 key set side panel. Is there any way I can grab a replacement part of the 12 key set panel as I play MMOs

You can keep an eye on eBay to look for a replacement side panel, or buy a used Trinity/Classic and swap the side-panel to your mouse. When Razer sold the Naga Classic (which is a Trinity Naga without the other two side-panels included), they offered to sell people the other side panels separately. Maybe they still have the 12 button side panel for sale somewhere?
