They've never done this before, this is recent. It also doesn't matter what you plug it into. I've plugged it into both my computers, both my PS5's, and it worked perfectly fine with all of those before so i don't understand.

Hello there,
Try using the Pairing Utility. You can also use the Dongle Recovery Tool. If that didn’t work, then drop me a message via PM along with your Nari Ultimate’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
