Recently my 2.5 year old mouse has been on the fritz, constantly disconnecting or going dead while I'm using it, generally just being all over the place. I use the bluetooth connection because I lost the dongle.
I've looked it up and suspect the issue is Razer Synapse software, but how do I fix it?
I'm having the same problem and it looks like a lot of others are but noones offering a solution 🫠
I have been having the same problem too it is very annoying every time I turn on my pc my mouse doesn’t work and after plugging my battery in and out for a long time it works can someone at razer help me with this issue please.
Yeah, same problem here, my gf’s mouse started disconnecting itself randomly around 10 days ago
I’ll leave a reply here to see if someone finds a fix to the problem
