I bought my razerphone 2 in the media markt with a Software issue,
media markt didnt help me but the razer support send me a new one after a week. :D
This is Support in the year 2020 :)

Tell them you wanna buy a wireless charger for your new razer phone 2, (no longer available on therazerstore or amazon) no word of restock, or response to my other post on the forums.
Hii i talked to Razer they didnt know when the charger get restockt in the Store.
But in the German Store alza.de they say maybe at the 24.1.2020.
