I love Razer with a passion but….. I HATE Razecare extended warranty they suck. Razer, GET A NEW WARRANTY COMPANY PLEASE!!!! I own the fallowing products

 Example of how I mean I love Razer with plans of getting more products. But here’s why I hate razercare extended warranty through Centricity. A few months ago my Blade 15 stopped working, out of of normal warranty luckily I thought we got a my blade 15 when there was deal for the extended warranty as a package. Well Razer automatically registers your laptop with them once paid for. Well razercare/centricity could not find my info. Told me to give them proof of purchase. I did. So they said they will send that in and I have to wait 2-3 business days for approval. Fine.. following week contacted them again. They told me still having issues getting contract number and it take a week… ugh okay. Following week. Same issue. This went on and on, next thing I knew it was now two months, yes 2 MONTHS of this, I started requesting management for this customer service. Finally 2 weeks after the 2 months I had to call Razer myself for a contract number that they claimed they were waiting to get from Razer, I get a shipping label. I send in my laptop but I still want to speak to a manager because they reps are Rude AF. So laptop is at the service center being repaired and I called again just asking for a manager to speak with about this. The dude refused after telling me Info I already knew. Man that guy was so rude I tried as hard as possible not to just cuss him out And be nice. So fine. I contacted Razer and complained to a rep of all this ongoing issue, the Razer rep was appalled of they way I was being treated he forwarded it up and had the person who handle the contract with centricity. Next day I get called by a manager in centricity who basically told me oh well deal with it. End of the first week of my laptop being there I get a notification saying my laptop is on its way. I log in my account to see what happened cause that was fast. Everything on my account with the extended warranty says N/A so I called them of course more people being rude. So I wait and finally get my laptop. Turn it on and it works yay. But wait there’s more…. My laptop starts crashing 3 times since then blue screen frown face. Great look at info, laptop heating up, I looked underneath and there’s whit stuff under vents. 😔 I open it up and there was shop towel or something left inside laptop came back dirtier then when I sent it back, not only that something is missing… yea the clip that holds the bottom on before putting the screws back in, missing on one side… so I take a picture and call them, I notified them of this issue the guy claims he’s part of the razercare team and says that’s not good claims he submitted the issue to his team to get it resolved. Well that was a week ago, today called them again found out he never notated anything. Yea I’m done
