Razer Pro Click v2 Issues

So my logitech mx master series died on me a few weeks ago and I had been searching for a replacement basically just something ergonomically sized with a good scroll wheel and a couple of side buttons. I came across the Logitech Pro Click v2 and when they came back in stock last week I bought one. My main computer is a custom built PC but my work computer is a macos. I got it in today and unfortunately I didn't realize its not compatible with synapses macOS version. The crazy thing to me is the vertical version is and these are both new mice. I can use a third party app to change the buttons on mac but it won't let me change the DPI. Any advice?
