Razer Raiju Ultimate not support Red Dead Redemption 2 (PC)?

Hey guys, I just bought Raiju Ultimate this October and so far it's great in playing all sorts of console-oriented games on Steam. Recently, I purchased RDR2 from Rockstar in my PC and I find that my Raiju cannot connect to the game although many of my Xbox-controller-using friends told me that the controller would automatically connect to the game after they plug it in. I tried BOTH USB connection and PC Bluetooth connection but all are in vail. I just wonder does the game simply not support Raiju or is there any other way to make my Raiju connect to it correctly. Thank you!!

Hey the XBOX controllers is a plug and play for the games on Steam. I play the RDR2 via the RGL (Rockstar Games Launcher) and not the Steam and it works fine with the PS4 and XBOX controllers. Don't think its a game specification issue. Do you happen to have the RGL, if yes can you try the RDR2 via RGL and the Raiju.
