Just got my new controller for my ps5 pro. Since the ps5 pro dont have the big (dont know the exact name) USB ports in the front i conncted the dongle to the back. First i tought this was the problem, that it was a weak connection. But i did get a usb cable for the dongle so it can sit in the front. Still the same problem. Anyone experienced this? Otherwise i like the controller alot

Razer Raiju V3 pro shuts itself down randomly despite full battery?

I recently got my raiju v3 pro controller aswell and sometimes when playing wireless I experience the same that the controller just disconnects suddenly and u have to reconnect it again.
If you are on ps5 pro wireless. Try to changing usb port to the front one (with adapter). It seems dongle is overheating if in regular usb on the back.
That’s frustrating, especially on a new controller is like it could be a firmware or sleep/power-saving bug rather than battery level. Hopefully Razer pushes a fix soon, because gear at this price should feel solid and reliable, not like you’re risking Real Money every time it randomly shuts off.
