razer refusing to help because serial sticker number has worn off

i am currently in what i can call a battle with razer

they keep moving the goal posts

"we will send a replacement"

"we need you to cut the cord"

now they refuse to help because the sticker on my controller has worn off, so no serial number externally

i cant see a serial number in synapse or on the xbox

please does anyone know how to find the serial number on the device/software (they wont accept the box)
