My razer headset has a weird issue. the mic works and my voice is being detected but my audio doesn't seem to work. however, the only time it was able to work was in razer synapse when testing the audio with the DEMO video. the headset has an audio card and lost with what to do as it worked just last night

Hello,
Have you tried reinstalling its drivers? If that didn’t work, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can check my resources for any firmware updates that we can perform.
