Razer support just canceled my Ticket and RMA AFTER having me send back my mouse??

Recently my Viper V2 Pro crapped out on me and was still within Warranty. I reached out to razor for a replacement, went through an entire conversation with a representative who approved my RMA and replacement and gave me a shipping label to send off.

The day BEFORE my mouse arrived to them the support ticket has been “Denied” and my RMA has been stuck on “In progress” for over 5 days??
