razer support question about warranty

so recently my keyboard (blackwidow v4 pro) started double typing/ certain keys not working well and i remembered that it's still under warrenty so i might as well try ask support about it and stuff. fast forward a few days support team seems to be going well till support switched me over to razer's dedicated support team for "handling warranty validation for your defective device." and i've had nothing for the past 3 days is that normal or is razer support really that bad as i've been told.
