Razer surround crackling (Legacy)

How is it possible that the surround crackling that's been happening since 2020 hasn't been fixed? There's quite a few bandaid fixes to this issue like the DPC latency checker or running a phone emulator in the background, but an official fix would be nice! Also why do I have to buy an other razer headset just to activate surround on the newer version of synapse when I already have it activated with my old one on the original years ago?

    Still waiting for the fix that was promised two years ago. And also i still keep my promise i will not buy any razer products since this problem appeared
