Razer synapse app does not recognize my Razer Kraken 7.1 2019 edition headset. I'm getting a message that says ''Please connect a device''. There is no 7.1 surround sound at playback devices.

Kraken 7.1 2019 is 3.5mm mini jack headset - which is not Synapse compatible.
Only USB headsets are visible in Synapse.

Because you don't have 7.1 app installed or 7.1 enabled in the app.
As mentioned in previous post, your headset is NOT compatible with any Synapse, as it's analog device (3.5mm mini-jack), so you have to use standalone 7.1 Surround app.
I have 7.1 app and there is no 7.1 surround sound at playback devices.

I reinstall it 4 times. Also i tried THX app too and when i start it its just shows black screen.
If Razer kraken 7.1 2019 doesn't support Razer Synapse why do I see this model in Razer synapse 2.0 site, Supported Products? Are you kidding me? Since I would not know and think that I would encounter such a ridiculous situation, I could not do such a research before purchasing the headset, I bought the headset for nothing. Since I did not know that I would encounter these problems, I used the stickers and the 7.1 application activation code when I first opened the package of the product. I talked to the person from whom I bought the product and he rightly said that he cannot accept a return. FIX YOUR SUPPORTED PRODUCTS SITE AND STOP SCAM PEOPLE.

I see that you're using Windows 11 (22h2), that it's not officially supported, so this may be a problem (on 7.1 Surround App website, there's only Windows 10 supported).

You can try to uninstall the 7.1 Surround app, and download, run this app: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove all Razer drivers, but as mentioned above - officially it's Windows 10 supported, so there's still chance, that it won't work.
