Hi guys,
My bf and I recentley changed my setup to another place in my room and I bought a usb hub since my computer doesn’t have much usb ports. Now the problem is, is that my headset and keyboard etc keeps disconnecting from synapse and then I just can’t hear everything for a while.
Could it be that I can’t put my razer stuff in a usb hub? Because I didn’t had that issue before I bought the hub and it’s really frustrating :(

It would be best that you plug your devices directly into your PC’s motherboard. Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? You can also repair your Synapse software. If that didn’t work out, then send me a PM along with the serial numbers of your devices so I can look for other workarounds.
