Razer Sypnase doesn't have my mouse in it
In Razer Sypnase, it won't detect my mouse, I forgot the date of purchase and I cant register it again, I don't know what to do to get my mouse back in Razer Sypnase

Please help, I need to try and get it on there, also its a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed, is there something wrong with that specific type of mouse?
