Razer Tartarus V2 failing (Third in 3 years)

Hello, I created this thread because I bought three Tartarus V2 in the last three years, and all of them started to fail for the exact same reason: The analogic stick started to not respond at all while pressing it, specially to move forward. I was reading about this issue and apparently is a known one. I have exact same issue that the person that created this topic Razer Insider | Forum - Tartarus V2: D-pad switches failing (4 devices failed in < 1 year) Its really sad to me, that wanted to buy a product from a solid company to have it, hopefully, for years, but this specific product has a factory problem. Is not normal that many people have reported the exact same issue related with the analogic stick, that makes the gamepad pretty much useless. I will be adding some videos to prove this issue with the different devices I have, but like I said, that Razer is selling this product if it has this kind of failures.

Did you open it up and take it apart to see the defect? if possible, photograph the affected part in detail. Injected plastic is not made to withstand pressure.

these low profile switches don't look sturdy

look at this, just imagining it, I hear the plastic creak.

fine tuning

when analyzing the creaking of plastics, particularly when using the thumb of the hand. the thenar is most power full muscle in my hand. Capable of bending any mouse plastic.

I have not openet it yet, because I want to know how to proceed first. I want to send this products and prove that they are defectives. Its really sad though, here in my country this product costed me around 160 dollar, and lasted 6 months? (The last of the ones I bought).

Notice that I really take care of my things. I have a keyboard that has lasted 10 years now, my gaming mouse 7 years and yet the only product I have troubles with is the specific razer tartarus V2.

who knows the Tartarus V3 will come with improvements in the resistance of the lateral controls. because the thenar muscle is strong.

Just wondering if anyone has a fix for this? I have probably bought 20 of these now and they each last about 3 months. The same thing keeps happening which is the dpad stops working. I use it as my movement keys replacing WASD and after about 3 months or 4 months tops, one of the directions will just stop working making it unusable.

You would think I would find something else and I did the Azeron pad which is my all time favorite, but after a year or so of use it started having issues as well. You can pay for a new board for Azeron which supposedly fixes it, but instead I just keep throwing my money away on these Tartarus V2 pads. Why? They are cheaper than Azeron and I can usually get the delivered same day.

It still doesn't help my frustration with this product. With all the complaints I have seen online it would seem like Razer would fix it or someone else would come out with a similar product as an alternative.
