please help i cannot get my device to be recognized in synapse. my synapse started to update. and after the update it does not recognize my razer tartarus v2 it was working before the update.



not sure where else to go. i tried everything you can think of. and it still will not work



i tried uninstalling synapse router login, repairing synapse, uninstalling drivers, rebooting pc. nothing has worked. i am currently trying to repair synapse again to see if it will do anything.



any suggestions?
