I purchased a Razer Viper Ultimate in June 2022 from the official Razer store in China (Taobao).
Recently, after a system update and a Synapse update, the wired connection of the mouse completely stopped working. The device cannot be recognized when connected by cable, although the wireless receiver still works.
I discovered that there is no official repair option available for customers in China once the product is out of warranty. As a loyal Razer customer, this is very disappointing.
I hope Razer can provide a reasonable solution or assistance.
